ELECTRO-MAXX: ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATION

Electro-Maxx (u) ltd achieved ISO Certification on 23 May 2011. Electro-Maxx’s ISO 9001:2008 Certification is a result of the company’s relentless efforts to remain a cost-effective and high quality source of electricity production and supply in East Africa. Electro-Maxx is an indigenous independent power company which commenced operations in 2010. The Company aims to help reduce the power crisis thereby growing the economy and creating prosperity. 
Electro-Maxx hasdeveloped a Quality Management System in order to document thecompany’s best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers and improve the overall management of the company. This system addresses document control, management responsibility, and provision of resources,service realization and continual improvement in the course of meeting customer expectations
Charles Muhumuza, CEO, Electro-Maxx has reiterated the important role  ISO 9001 will play in achieving the mission of the company ,which is to be the leading independent power producer in East Africa. In addition the CEO has emphasized that Electro-Maxx, as a power producer will pay strict attention to its key activities like operations production and supply of energy to meet the country’s power utility’s requirements. ISO 9001:2008 certification will provide an additional layer of assurance to Electro-Maxx customers.

We will achieve this goal through our commitment to a relentless pursuit of quality in our service delivery to customers both internal and external and deliver the highest standards of customer satisfaction and reliability.
Our quality management system will ensure total involvement from all employees and clear communication of the principles and objectives. We will apply appropriate technologies and practice supported by training of our team members to ensure that our goals are achieved.
Management reviews will set performance targets and measure performance against objectives in order to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive us to meeting the highest standards for our industrial sector and compliance with applicable legislation
